Rodney Hyman
Rodney Hyman has been an industry luminary for more than 30 years. He is not only a Fellow of the three peak industry associations of Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom but he also sits on the Australian Valuation and Property Standards Board.
He is chairman of the Machinery and Business Assets Faculty of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Councillor of the NSW division of the Australian Property Institute. He is also the convenor of the Certificate and Advanced Certificate in the Valuation of Plant and Machinery jointly run by the Australian Property Institute and University of Technology Sydney. Rodney is also a guest lecturer at the University of Western Sydney.
Rodney Hyman is Chairman of rhas, a national practice specialising in the valuation of all types of fixed assets including buildings and plant & equipment for tax, accounting and insurance purposes. Advising non-profit, corporate and government sectors Rodney is attuned to all industry sectors particular compliance issues.
