Russian foxtrot class Submarine
In 1995 we were asked to value this Russian foxtrot class Submarine – “where do you start?” I hear you ask. Funnily enough there were plenty of comparable sales and the valuation was quite easy – the value was just scrap value…about $70,000 at prices back then but this was before it was a tourist attraction – today you’ll find a couple of submarines for sale on the internet and even a manufacturer of 1 & 2 man submarines for, would you believe, submarine racing.
