practitioners...

  • Manages Asset Sales, whether that be by auction , private treaty sale or tender

Can arrange other ancillary services such as

  • Changing locks
  • Security
  • Insurance
  • Removal and Storage
  • Valuations of Intellectual Property
  • Valuation valuation of Real Property

We work ethically and professionally to achieve the best solution for you, and we guarantee the result!

rhas provides accurate valuations. We do not low-ball values but provide an accurate estimate of what assets are worth in the current market in an orderly liquidation.... and to provide reassurance, we GUARANTEE our valuations - it's like having an offer on the table from the moment you receive the valuation. The practitioner can negotiate with confidence against the valuation knowing that rhas underwrites the value.

rhas carries out valuations on a time cost basis but now also offers the Practitioner an additional “set price” option:

  • The “set price” option is based on the well known 80/20 rule: 80% of the value of the assets in any administration is probably represented by 20% of them and therefore to reduce costs rhas will provide a fixed price quote to provide a detailed inventory of a minimum of 80% by value of the assets and an en globo value for the remaining 20% of the assets.
Asset Sales

Traditionally Practitioners have followed a course of action that saw any worthwhile business advertised for sale as a going concern and if not sold as a going concern, offered for sale piecemeal at auction. rhas offers a range of options:
  • rhas will broke the sale of the business on behalf of the Practitioner. This allows the use of the “salesman’s puffing” that cannot be used by the Practitioner
  • rhas offers a broking service for the piecemeal sale of assets on 3 different bases:
    • auction
    • private treaty
    • tender
The highest and best price for any asset is not necessarily achieved at auction as auction relies on a competitive environment that best suits the sale of assets where there is a large and ready market. For other assets a sale negotiated directly with a purchaser or achieved by tender will often generate a higher return.

rhas will ensure that the most appropriate method of sale is used, every time.
